Before you write
- Conversion problems are usually about the source recording. A clear, isolated melody works best; see the about page for what the converter handles well.
- Tell us the browser and operating system you used, and the format of the audio file.
- Never attach an audio file. We cannot debug a recording we cannot hear, and there is no need for it — nothing is processed on our side.
About the ads
The converter is free because the site carries advertising. If an ad is broken, gets in the way of the tool, or shows something that does not belong here, tell us and we will deal with it. Saying which page it was on and roughly what it looked like is enough.
Response time
This is a small free tool. We read everything that arrives, but we cannot promise a reply time.
